The whole machine is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel. It features simple operation, elegant and generous structure, and long service life.

Put fruits and vegetables to be cleaned or peeled into the U-shaped hopper composed of several rotating brush rollers. As the brush roller cleaning & peeling machine runs, materials rub against the rotating brush rollers to realize surface cleaning and peeling. Clean water sprays out from the shower pipes to thoroughly rinse the materials.

Our brush roller cleaning & peeling machine is equipped with a waste collection tray at the bottom, which effectively avoids ground contamination and drain blockage caused by sewage and peel residues.

This machine has a wide range of applications. It can process materials ranging from small peanuts to large winter melons and pumpkins. It is also ideal for root crops including carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes and ginger.
